1. Information We Collect

When you place an order, create an account, or authenticate via Google OAuth / Email OTP on SportsBay, we collect:

• Identity & Contact Details: Full name, verified email address, phone number, and delivery addresses.
• Authentication Credentials: Temporary single-use OTP codes and Google profile tokens. We never store raw passwords for customer accounts.
• Transactional Records: Purchased item SKUs, payment receipts (bank transfer screenshots), and shipping records.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

Your information is processed exclusively for order dispatch, courier consignment booking, partial COD payment verification, automated shipment SMS alerts, and warranty tracking. We never sell, lease, or monetize your personal details to third-party advertising syndicates.

3. Data Security & Retention

All communications are secured via HTTPS with TLS 1.3 encryption. Transaction logs and order slips are preserved in compliance with Pakistani corporate tax regulations, after which customer identifiers can be anonymized upon written request to privacy@sportsbay.pk.
