1. General Overview & Agreement
This website (sportsbay.pk) is operated by SportsBay. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SportsBay. By visiting our site or purchasing merchandise from us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Product Accuracy & Specifications
SportsBay takes extreme diligence in displaying equipment weights (grams), willow grades, handle specifications, and sizing dimensions with maximum fidelity. However, as natural sports equipment (such as unbleached willow timber or hand-stitched leather) contains intrinsic physical variations, slight gram weight tolerances (±15g) and wood grain variations remain inherent and acceptable.
3. Order Acceptance & Price Modifications
Prices for sporting goods are subject to change without prior notice based on raw material costs and currency parity. SportsBay reserves the absolute right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of stock exhaustion, typography errors, or failed 10% advance deposit verification.
4. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the consumer and commercial laws of the Islamabad Capital Territory, Pakistan.
