Return & Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Inspection Window

SportsBay guarantees complete customer satisfaction with every athletic product. If an item arrives with a factory defect, incorrect specification, or transit damage, you are entitled to initiate a return request within 7 calendar days of parcel receipt.

2. Return Conditions & Eligibility

To qualify for a replacement, exchange, or account refund:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in identical pristine condition as received.
• Original brand packaging, manufacturer tags, barcodes, protective film, and bat grips must be intact.
• An unboxing video or photographic proof of the defect/damage must be uploaded during RMA filing.

3. Non-Returnable Merchandise

Due to hygiene and personalized craftsmanship, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

• Bespoke / Custom-tailored bats with custom names, weights, or custom handle grips.
• Personal protective gear (Abdominal guards, compression athletic underwear, mouthguards).
• Products showing evidence of match play, ball impact, oiling, or outdoor knocks.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return arrives at our Islamabad inspection hub, quality engineers review the merchandise within 48 hours. Approved refunds are remitted directly to your originating IBFT / Raast bank account within 3–5 business days. Please note courier shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an internal fulfillment error.
