1. Courier Partners & Nationwide Coverage
SportsBay fulfills athletic equipment, sporting accessories, and bespoke gear across all provinces and operational postal codes within Pakistan using verified courier logistics (TCS, Leopards, Call Courier, and Trax). Every dispatch includes end-to-end consignment tracking updated through our unified dispatch network.
2. Automated Tiered Weight Matrix (PKR)
Delivery charges are calculated based on the actual or volumetric billable weight of the consignment, rounded up to the nearest whole kilogram:

3. Delivery Timelines & Lead Times
- Standard In-Stock Gear: Order processing takes 24 business hours. Transit times take 2–4 business days across major hubs (Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi).
- Bespoke & Customized Gear: Products requiring workshop customization (e.g. customized willow bats, hand-stitched leather gloves, custom embroidery) require an additional 7–10 business daystailoring duration before dispatch unless indicated otherwise by the customer's sales representative.
4. Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) Protocol
To maintain courier booking validity and curb false package refusals, SportsBay enforces a mandatory 10% Advance Deposit via online bank transfer / Raast. The remaining 90% balance is collected in cash upon physical handover at your doorstep. Consignments cannot be opened prior to settling the final balance with the courier rider.
